There are music services that offer music specifically for the catering industry and the retail industry via a music computer or an online application (streaming). These suppliers have signed an agreement with Sabam that grants them copyright permission to provide your business with music.
Please note that this agreement only applies to the production and supply of music. The rights that this music service takes care of, are independent from the author’s rights and the fair compensation that the establishment is paying. The owner must therefore always obtain a licence for the public communication of music in the business itself.
